Based in Great Dunmow, Essex and working with Individuals, couples, children, adolescents as well as families, which has given me considerable experience and understanding about the difficulties people can encounter within relationships, emotion and behaviour.
I have been a qualified professional therapist, registered member of the BACP and an Accredited member with IPTUK for over 15 years.
I work with my clients with empathy and unconditional positive regard, empowering them to make positive changes and achieve their aims and goals.
I offer a confidential and safe space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings without feeling judged; helping you make sense of things and be able to go forward in your life with a better outlook and value of self.
